Uab combined medical program

The UAB Early Medical School Acceptance Program EMSAP is designed to give exceptional high school graduates an opportunity to take advantage of the best resources of the undergraduate and medical programs through a mentored relationship with faculty.

This is not an accelerated program, rather a program to allow gifted students to explore a broad range of educational, research and community service opportunities beyond the typical Premedical experiences. Students are selected in their senior year of high school. Both residents and non-residents of Alabama are eligible to apply to the program. For school website and program information, click here.

University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Doctor of Medicine or D. Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. UAB sponsors J-1 Visas only on an individual basis. A A Chairman's letter is not required but is acceptable. We suggest that you check, well in advance, with the persons writing your letters to ensure their submission.
