Don't get me started on multiple instances of CRM being open at the same time. I'm certain there are ways to "optimize" this, but as you state, CRM loads quite a bit more. As long as "more" is being loaded, it will always be slower. That's my complaint; why is Microsoft focusing on more graphics, more display and more logic instead of the true purpose of a CRM? I raise the performance issue with Microsoft support before, but we don't get any solutions, the suggestion from MS support is to NOT using jscript, but in our cases, this is not possible as OOTB business rules can't support what we required.
